We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to comma.ai, Inc. openpilot is open-source software maintained by comma.ai under the MIT license. Our use of openpilot compatibility does not imply any partnership or sponsorship.

While Konn3kt may store driver-facing video files at your direction, we do not scan, extract, process, or store biometric identifiers or biometric information (such as face geometry or face prints) from these files. We do not use facial recognition technology. Our processing of video files is limited strictly to storage and playback functionality.

- From your devices: When paired openpilot devices upload telemetry, routes, or files to Konn3kt.

- Provide our services: Pair and manage your devices, display dashboards, stream live video, store and play back routes, enable navigation dispatch, and process hardware purchases through the IQ.Lvbs Shop.

- Enable sharing features: Allow you to share routes publicly or with specific users based on your preferences.

- Cloudflare CDN: For video streaming (HLS) and file delivery
- Payment Processors: To securely process payments and manage subscriptions (e.g., Stripe)
- Analytics providers: To understand usage patterns (if applicable)
We self-host our servers today. If we offer self-hostable node products in the future, those will run in your environment. We require service providers to protect your data and use it only for the purposes we specify.

We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or government request, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
6.4 Business Transfers

- Data Portability: You can download your route files (rlog, qlog, video) directly from the platform.
